It isn't that we don't believe in having regular employees (and that may very well
come some day), but working with a full staff of PR professionals, web
developers, graphic designers, copywriters, SEO specialists and community
managers would turn us into just another marketing firm. We didn't want to turn
into another high-overhead agency, so we went a different route:
With so much of today's top talent opting to strike off on their own these days, we
decided to create a network of specialists instead, and create project teams
based on each client culture and specific project needs. This accomplishes two
crucial objectives:
1. Instead of having to rely on the same tired staffers secretly looking for
their next gig at a big New York agency, we are free to work with the world's
best talent.
2. Low overhead = lower project costs for our clients.
Though some of our contractors opt to work for us confidentially, below is a
